Processing & Shipping

All orders are carefully prepared and inspected before shipping. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Custom wigs and made-to-order units may require 5–7 business days or longer, depending on the service and customization requested.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Please make sure your name, shipping address, apartment/unit number, and contact information are correct before completing your purchase. Nikki D Hair is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. Nikki D Hair is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen. Customers should contact the shipping carrier to begin a claim or investigation when applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions, wigs, closures and frontals, all sales are final once the product has been opened, worn, installed, altered or customized.

Hair that has been washed, colored, bleached, cut, combed, brushed, chemically treated, installed, lace-cut, or otherwise altered cannot be returned or exchanged
